and operates various enterprises in addition to serving as Academic

Broadband Network Services Incorporated began operations
in 1994 as , an Information Technology management
consulting and executive education firm. In 1995, the firm launched its
Internet Service Provider operation - ESInet - concentrating on the corporate
market. In April 1998, Emergent Strategies changed its name to to reflect
its new scope of operations.
1988 - to present Based in Charlottesville Virginia doing teaching, corporate
and educational consulting he started an internet service provider business,
is now run by his son
Colin.
